This week KPRC, a local Houston TV station, highlighted the consequences of medical malpractice in the delivery room. 

Alan W. Mortensen has been retained to represent the victims of a Frontrunner accident in Kaysville. A mother and her two children were driving in their minivan and were struck by Frontrunner on November 14 after getting stuck inbetween the crossing arms of the tracks.
