Jessica A. Andrew, a native of Arizona, received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2005. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2009 from the University of Utah, where she was an editor of the Journal of Law and Family Studies and a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team.
She participated in pro bono service with the Disability Law Center and Catholic Community Services of Utah, and she externed with Magistrate Judge David Nuffer of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
She received the 2007 Abrelia Clarissa Hinckley Public Service Scholarship, the 2008 S.J. Quinney Leader Scholarship, the 2009 CALI award for excellence in trial advocacy, and honors at graduation. Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, Ms. Andrew clerked with the law firm of Lee & Li in Taipei, Taiwan, before joining Dewsnup, King & Olsen as a law clerk in 2008, and as an associate in 2009.
