Charles "Chuck" T. Conrad joined Deswnup, King & Olsen in 2010. A Washington native, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Gonzaga University in 2000. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005, where he was a member of the Moot Court Counsel and Admiralty Moot Court Team. He is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts in both Utah and Washington.

Mr. Conrad was selected into The National Trial Layers: Top 40 under 40 in 2012. In 2008, he was named in the top 100 attorneys of Spokane, Washington, where he practiced personal injury, worker's compensation and social security disability law. Mr. Conrad was named in Utah Business’ Top Lawyers Named by Their Peers in January 2011.

Mr. Conrad's practice currently focuses on catastrophic injuries and bad-faith claims with experience litigating traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, degloving injuries, and loss of limbs. In addition to his personal injury practice, prior to joining DKO he handled complex commercial litigation matters including shareholder actions, breach of contract, note default, Iraqi business law and governmental contract matters including the False Claims Act.

Mr. Conrad is a member of the Utah Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and the Utah Association for Justice where he sits on the Membership Committee. He is a member of the David L. Watkiss-Sutherland II Inns of Court and was a former Trustee of Washington State Young Lawyers Association.
